What data we collect and why
We only collect the data you send us yourself, plus anonymous usage statistics if you allow analytics cookies.
Quote and contact form
When you use our form we receive your name, email address, phone number, the location of the job, your message and any photos you attach. We use this to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your phone number or email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you send, such as photos of your access. We use it for the same purpose and on the same legal basis as the form. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). When you use it, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
Customers
If you go ahead with a job, we use your details to plan and carry out the work and to invoice you. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations under Spanish tax and commercial law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies, to see how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data and only share it where needed to provide our service.
- The company that hosts and maintains this website, as a processor under contract.
- The concrete plant, which receives the delivery address and timing of your pour when we order concrete for your job.
- Accounting advisers and public authorities such as the Spanish tax authority, where the law requires it.
- Google, only if you have consented to analytics cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us that way.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Quote requests that do not lead to a job are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Customer and invoice data are kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and transfer your personal data, and to withdraw consent.
To use any of these rights, email bombeosdehormigon22costablanca@gmail.com or write to the address above. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within one month. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), www.aepd.es.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to quote requests and customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their work.
