The residential areas on the Dénia side of the Montgó, next to the natural park, are known for villas and fincas set among terraced gardens. Terraces like these are hard to reach with a lorry or barrows. Our pump stands on the road and the line runs up to 400 metres along the plot and up to 50 metres high. Las Rotas and Les Marines

Dénia's coast has two very different sides: the rocky shore of Las Rotas to the south and the long beaches of Les Marines to the north.

Las Rotas is a quiet area of villas along a rocky coastline, often on sloping plots with limited access from narrow residential roads. Les Marines is flatter, with villas and holiday homes along the beach road. Flat does not always mean easy: a pool or terrace behind a house still needs the concrete carried past the building. A pump with a long line saves hours of barrowing and gives a better result.

The town centre and Baix la Mar

In the historic centre and the old fishermen's quarter of Baix la Mar, streets are narrow and a mixer lorry often can't get close.

For renovations in town, the mixer and pump stop at the nearest practical point and the line goes in by hand, through the doorway or courtyard. For a new floor, liquid screed is often the simplest choice: from 2.5 cm thick and walkable after one day.
