Need a concrete pump in Moraira? We have pumped here before, including a 20 m³ pour. Moraira, part of the municipality of Teulada, is a town of detached villas on hillside plots rather than tower blocks. That means narrow, winding roads, gates and garden walls, and pours that often happen behind the house. A compact truck-mounted static pump with our own operator is made for that, whether you are the builder, the pool contractor or the owner.
A real job: 20 m³ of concrete in Moraira
We pumped 20 m³ of concrete for a job in Moraira.
Twenty cubic metres is a solid volume for a villa site, enough for a decent slab or a combination of foundations and terraces. With an output of up to 35 m³ an hour, a volume like that can go in as one continuous pour, so the concrete stays workable for the people finishing it. You can find it with our other jobs on the projects page.
Renovating and extending a Moraira villa
Much of the building work in Moraira's established urbanisations is on existing villas: new terraces, pools, extensions and driveways.
Moraira is low-rise, made up mostly of detached villas on generous plots. Areas such as El Portet near the coast, Benimeit slightly inland, and Pinar de l'Advocat with its larger plots have been built up for decades. Updating a home here often means pouring next to a finished house and a mature garden. A pump helps: no lorry on the lawn, no barrows across the tiles, and the line can be laid carefully round planting and walls.
- New or bigger terraces and patios, see concrete driveways and patios
- A new pool or pool surround
- Foundations for an extension, garage or casita
- Stamped concrete for drives and paths
Narrow, winding roads
Our pump lorry is compact enough for the narrow, winding roads in Moraira's hillside urbanisations.
The mixer delivers to the pump where it can stop safely. From there up to 400 metres of line takes the concrete through the gate and down or up the plot, up to 50 metres high. If you want to check your access first, send us a photo of the road, the gate and the area to pour.
From La Nucía to Moraira
Moraira is within easy reach of our base in La Nucía, along the coast via Calpe and Benissa.
Travel is included in the fixed price we agree before we start, together with the pump, operator and lines. We order the concrete at the plant. We can usually book within three working days.
One point of contact, with or without your builder
We work for builders and pool contractors, or directly for owners.
Moraira has a large British and northern European community, and many jobs involve a foreign owner and a Spanish builder. One point of contact talks to the owner, the builder and the Spanish concrete plant, so there are no misunderstandings on pour day. If you are handling the job yourself, we talk you through volume and timing. If your builder is running it, we fit into their schedule. Either way you get a tidy site when we leave.
Don and Oliver were awesome, on time, excellent clean up and they clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommend and will have them back for some other work in the future
