Concrete pump lorry parked on a street in La Nucía

Good concrete pumping for builders on the Costa Blanca comes down to three things: the pump arrives on time, the operator knows the job and the paperwork is straightforward. We work for builders, developers, renovation firms, pool contractors and architects across the Marina Baixa, the Marina Alta and Alicante, from our yard in La Nucía.

How we work with builders

We supply a truck-mounted static pump, our own operator and all the lines, at an agreed time and for a fixed price.

You run the site. We order the concrete from the batching plant, coordinate the mixer lorries and lay the line to the point of pour. The pump is never hired out on its own: it always comes with our operator. That leaves your gang free to place, vibrate and finish rather than wrestle with a machine. Behind it sits more than 30 years of family experience in concrete pumping.

Booked to the day and the hour

We can usually fit you in within three working days, with a fixed arrival time.

A pour depends on a lot of things going right: shuttering, steel fixing, the plant and the weather. So we deal directly with your site manager, by phone or WhatsApp. We confirm the day and the time and plan our departure from La Nucía so we are set up before the first lorry arrives. If something changes on site, tell us as early as you can and we will rebook with you.

What turns up on site

A compact truck-mounted Putzmeister static pump, small enough for narrow streets where a big boom pump will not fit.

  • Output: up to 35 m³ an hour, normally around 130 m³ in a full day.
  • Lines from 20 to 400 metres, and up to 50 metres high.
  • Our own operator, who sets up the line, primes it with cement slurry (lechada) and cleans out at the end.
  • Options: poker vibrator, laser levelling, synthetic fibres in the mix, and power-floated, polished or brushed finishes.

When the plot drops away below the road or sits behind the house, the pump lorry stays outside and the line carries on. More on that in pumping for tight access.

Who we pump for

We pump for trades that need concrete in exactly the right spot without barrowing.

  • Builders: basements, foundations, slabs and terraces on new villas and extensions.
  • Developers: foundations, slabs and screed across several plots or phases, on one agreed schedule.
  • Renovation firms: floor slabs and liquid screed in lived-in homes, where everything has to be left clean.
  • Pool contractors: pool shells, base and walls, in one continuous, well-vibrated pour. See concrete for swimming pools.
  • Architects and surveyors: send us photos and measurements before the job and we will confirm whether the pump can reach and how much line it needs.

Liquid screed, job after job

Liquid screed (mortero autonivelante) is our speciality, including runs across several homes or phases.

It goes down from 2.5 cm thick and you can walk on it the next day. On a development or a string of refurbishments we work through it house by house or floor by floor, on a schedule that fits around your other trades. Read more about liquid screed.

VAT invoice and one quote for several jobs

You get a proper VAT (IVA) invoice, and if you have several jobs coming up, one quote that covers them all.

Our price is all in: pump, operator and lines, with the concrete ordered by us from the plant. It depends on volume, distance, line length, access, height and options. See how our pump prices are worked out. If you have pours lined up along the coast over the next few weeks, send us the list with rough volumes and photos of the access. You get a fixed price per job, with no surprises.
