Need a concrete pump in Jávea? We bring a compact truck-mounted Putzmeister static pump with our own operator, arrange the concrete and pump it to the spot, for builders, pool contractors and owners. Many homes in Xàbia belong to owners who are not here all year. That is fine with us: we sort out the details by WhatsApp and work alongside your builder on the day.
Jávea's villa plots and why a pump helps
Many Jávea villas sit on large, sloping plots with the pool and terraces below or behind the house, where a mixer lorry can't go.
Think of the urbanisations on the southern slopes of the Montgó, or the clifftop areas towards Cabo de la Nao such as Balcón al Mar, or Tosalet and Piver with their sea and mountain views. Plots here are often generous and built in levels. The road is at the top, the garden steps down. Our pump stands next to the mixer on the road and the line runs up to 400 metres down the garden, round the house or up to a roof terrace.
Building in Jávea while you are abroad
You can arrange your pour from home: send photos and measurements, agree a fixed price, and we coordinate the day with your builder.
A lot of Jávea homes are second homes, and many owners follow the build from the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia or Germany. We keep that simple. You or your builder send us photos of the street, the gate and the area to pour. We come back with one fixed price for pump, operator and lines, with the concrete ordered by us at the plant. Then we agree the date directly with your builder and the Spanish concrete plant and keep you informed, so there are no misunderstandings on pour day. Quote and invoice come in English. We can usually book within three working days.
Typical concrete jobs in Jávea
On Jávea villa plots the pump is typically used for pools, patios, driveways, foundations and floors.
- Pool base slabs, walls and surrounds, see concrete for your swimming pool
- Patios and terraces on lower levels of a sloping plot
- Steep driveways with a brushed finish for grip
- Foundations and floor slabs for new villas and extensions
- Liquid screed over underfloor heating, see liquid screed
The old town and the port
In Jávea's old town and around the port, streets are narrow and a big lorry is often out of the question.
Our pump lorry is compact and gets into tight streets where a big boom pump can't. The mixer stops where it is allowed, the pump sits beside it and the line goes through the doorway or courtyard. For tight access like this, see our mini concrete pump for narrow access.
Getting to Jávea
We drive to Jávea from our base in La Nucía, normally in under an hour.
The distance is built into your fixed quote, so no travel costs are added afterwards. See how we work out the rest on our prices page.
Don and Oliver were awesome, on time, excellent clean up and they clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommend and will have them back for some other work in the future
