If you need concrete pump hire in Spain on the Costa Blanca, this is what we do every working day. We bring a truck-mounted Putzmeister static pump, our own operator and all the lines the job needs. We order the concrete from the batching plant and pump it to the exact spot, whether that is a garden slab behind a villa or a floor on the second storey. Most of our work is for builders, developers and pool contractors, and we also quote villa owners directly.
How our concrete pump hire works
You hire the pump with an operator, never on its own, and we organise the concrete for you.
That is a deliberate choice. A concrete pump is not a cement mixer you collect from a hire shop. Running it well means reading the mix, priming the line, keeping the flow steady and cleaning out properly at the end. Our operators do this day in, day out, so your builder can concentrate on placing and finishing.
- You send us the location, what you are pouring and a rough size.
- We check the access, usually from your photos.
- You get a fixed price for pump, operator and lines, with the concrete arranged by us.
- We book the concrete at the plant and agree a time with you or your builder.
- On the day we set up, pump the pour and clean up before we leave.
Line pump or boom pump: why we use a static pump on a lorry
Our truck-mounted line pump is more compact than a boom pump and can be set up where a big boom lorry has no room.
On the Costa Blanca a lot of work happens on villa plots reached by narrow, steep lanes, through a gateway, past parked cars. A boom pump needs a wide, level spot and room to swing its arm. Our static pump needs a lot less. The mixer lorry stops where it can, the pump stands beside it and the line goes round the house, down the garden or up to a roof terrace. For tight sites, see our mini concrete pump hire for narrow access.
Pump specifications
Our Putzmeister pumps deliver up to 35 m³ an hour, around 130 m³ on a normal day, through 20 to 400 metres of line.

- Upper floors and roof terraces
- Driveways, patios, terraces and paths, see concrete driveways and patios

Extras you can add
You can add a poker vibrator, laser levelling, synthetic fibres, a slurry to prime the line and a finish.
Poker vibrator: knocks the air out of the concrete, important in walls, columns and pool shells. Laser levelling: for slabs and floors that need to be properly flat. Synthetic fibres: mixed in at the plant to help control surface cracking. Priming slurry (lechada): a cement slurry pumped first to lubricate the line so the concrete runs freely. Finishing: power floated, polished or brushed, depending on where the concrete ends up.
Working for builders, or directly for owners
We work for builders, developers and pool contractors, and directly for owners running their own project.
If your builder has already booked us, you don't need to do anything. If you are managing the job yourself, we talk you through the volume, the mix and the timing, and quote you directly. Either way the price is fixed before we start, with nothing added on the day for anything we could have seen in advance. One point of contact talks to the owner, the builder and the Spanish concrete plant, so there are no misunderstandings on pour day.
Don and Oliver were awesome, on time, excellent clean up and they clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommend and will have them back for some other work in the future

Booking and price
We can usually book your pour within three working days, at a fixed price agreed up front.
The price depends on volume, line length, access, height, any extras and the type of concrete. Our concrete pump hire prices page explains each factor and how to work out cubic metres. The quickest route is a WhatsApp to +34 633 361 962 with a photo of your access, or use the quote form.
Concrete pump hire: common questions
Can I hire the concrete pump without an operator?
No. Our pumps always come with our own operator. It is safer, quicker and you don't carry the risk of a blocked line.
Do I need to order the concrete myself?
No. We order the concrete from the batching plant and time the lorries with the pump. It is included in our quote so you have one price.
How far can you pump concrete?
Up to 400 metres horizontally and up to 50 metres high, using 20 to 400 metres of line depending on the site.
How much concrete can you pump in a day?
The pump delivers up to 35 m³ an hour. On a normal working day that comes to around 130 m³.
How soon can you come?
We can usually schedule a pour within three working days of agreeing the price.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Yes. We wash out the pump and lines and leave the site tidy. Several of our Google reviews mention the clean-up.
